Your painting will arrive professionally packed and delivered straight to your door, anywhere in the world.

No — it’s 100% free. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) via FedEx or DHL.

This means I cover all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes on your behalf — you’ll never be charged anything extra at checkout or upon delivery.

Your painting will arrive securely, without any customs delays or surprise fees.

Your painting will be packed with the highest level of care to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece is secured in a custom-made cardboard box from Rhino Pack UK.

Inside the box, I reinforce the corners and sides with additional foam and cover both the front and back of the painting with 2 mm fluted boards for maximum protection. I can guarantee that your painting will arrive safely and securely — it is extremely unlikely to be damaged in transit.

Works on Paper (40 × 40 cm / 15.75 × 15.75 in) are carefully packed in custom cardboard boxes and shipped flat — never rolled.

I ship 99% of my orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.

Most FedEx or DHL shipments arrive quickly, depending on the destination. Since I ship with DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), there are no extra charges when your painting arrives.

You’ll also receive tracking details as soon as your painting is on its way.

Yes — I accept cryptocurrency payments.

Please message me to arrange payment directly. We’ll confirm the amount based on the current market rate from CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko at the time of purchase.

For safety, I always recommend sending a small test amount first to confirm the wallet address before completing the full payment.

Yes — I don’t sell prints. Every painting is a unique, original work, and each one is created by me.

All of my Acrylic on Linen paintings are stretched over aluminium stretcher bars and ship ready to hang, with no frame needed.

Works on Paper (40 × 40 cm / 15.75 × 15.75 in) are unframed and not ready to hang.

Yes — I offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you change your mind, please let me know within 14 days of delivery, and return the painting within 30 days in its original condition and packaging.

A refund is issued the same day the painting is received, though it may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. If the painting is damaged during return shipping, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion.

Refunds are available for credit card, debit card, or bank transfer payments and will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available for cryptocurrency payments due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions. However, you are eligible for an exchange of the painting for another piece of equal value, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the painting is damaged during return shipping, only a partial credit can be offered toward another painting.

Yes — every painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. It includes the title, medium, dimensions, and date of completion, and confirms that the work is original and will never be reproduced or printed by me.

I live and work just outside Birmingham, UK, and every painting is shipped directly from my studio. All shipments are handled by me personally to ensure quality and care.
