Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the painting for any reason. After cancelling, you then have another 14 days to return the artwork.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the painting is returned in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the painting is damaged during return shipping, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion.
To protect my practice from potential abuse, returns are limited to one per customer. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds
A refund is issued the same day the painting is received, though it may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds are available for credit card, debit card, or bank transfer payments and will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for cryptocurrency payments due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions.
Please note: If a refund is approved, shipping, import taxes, and processing fees may be deducted from the total.
Returns for Crypto Payments
For crypto payments, refunds aren’t available, though you are eligible for an exchange of the painting for another piece of equal value.
The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the painting is damaged during return shipping, we can only offer a partial credit toward another painting.
