All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) via FedEx or DHL.
This means you’ll never be charged anything extra — not at checkout, and not upon delivery. All duties, taxes (including VAT), and import fees are fully covered, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival of your artwork anywhere in the world.
How I Ship My Paintings
All paintings are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.
I use FedEx and DHL, two of the world’s most trusted couriers, known for their professional handling, reliability, and global reach.
Whether your painting is going to the UK, Europe, or worldwide, I can count on them to deliver it on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping my work with FedEx and DHL gives me real peace of mind, ensuring every collector receives their painting with the same care and attention I put into creating it.
How I Pack My Paintings
Each painting is carefully packed in a custom-made, ultra-strong honeycomb cardboard box from Rhino Pack UK.
To ensure maximum protection, I reinforce the corners and sides with additional foam and cover both the front and back of the painting with 2 mm fluted boards for an added layer of safety.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the painting, for any reason. After cancelling, you then have another 14 days to return the artwork.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the painting is returned in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund
A refund is issued the same day the artwork is received, though it may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
If the painting is damaged during return shipping, a partial refund may be issued at the seller’s discretion.
Refunds are available for payments made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, and will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for cryptocurrency payments due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions.
Please note: If a refund is approved, shipping, import taxes, and processing fees may be deducted from the total.
Returns for Crypto Payments
For crypto payments, refunds aren’t available, though you are eligible for an exchange of the painting for another piece of equal value.
The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the artwork is damaged during return shipping, we can only offer a partial credit toward another painting.
